- From Louisville International Airport: Take I-264 East to I-64 East. Exit 15C (Hurstbourne Parkway) Middletown/University of Louisville Shelby Campus. Proceed through three traffic lights, the hotel is on the right. Directions from I-64 West: Take Exit 15 (Hurstbourne Parkway). Drive North toward Middletown/University of Louisville Shelby Campus. The hotel is approximately one mile on the right.
- From I-64 East: Take Exit 15C (Hurstbourne Parkway North). Drive North toward Middletown/University of Louisville Shelby Campus. After driving through three traffic lights, the hotel is on the right.
- From I-65 North: Take I-265 East (Gene Snyder Freeway/KY Highway 841) to I-64 West. Take Exit 15, and turn right at the end of ramp. Proceed past three traffic lights, and the hotel is on the right.
- From I-65 South: Take Exit I-64 East to Exit 15C (Hurstbourne Parkway) for Middletown/University of Louisville Shelby Campus. Proceed through three traffic lights, and the hotel is on the right.

Pre-Conference Fun
Thursday: May 18, 2017
Join us the day before the conference and enjoy a fun the evening out at Churchill Downs, where we'll enjoy the thrill of live Thoroughbred Horse Racing while socializing with peers.
There will be live music, local food trucks and "Betting 101" with tips from resident handicappers if you care to place a wager or two. And of course we'll try to get down to see the stables.
Gates open at 4 PM and the first race starts at 5 PM.
